The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from Karuizawa station. Take the north exit on the bridge/walkway after coming up from Shinkansen platform, it's the left. There's a tourist info with helpful people at the end of the corridor, and an escalator next to it. Once you come out, with your back to the station, walk straight down the road, and take left at the first traffic light, near the Shell station. The hotel is opposite Family Mart. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was generous-sized with an ante-room which has a fridge, some storage cupboards and the main room is nice and big with a good-sized bed. They provide 2 bottles of water. You can take day trips to Naka Karuizawa, Shiraiito Falls among other destinations using the bus service outside the station. It's a lot easier if you have Suica card or you will need to carry many 1000 yen notes. On the way back you can you can stop off at Kyu Karuizawa and walk the streets of Old Ginza. It can also be reached by foot, takes about 25-30 minutes.

This hotel was amazing! It was our second time staying in this hotel. We were able to check in at 1 plus. Room was really clean and new. Hotel staffs were friendly. Hotel provided bicycle rental too for 1000 yen for the whole day. It was easy to cycle around the beautiful vicinity. Hotel is a great location near Karuizawa station ( about 5-6mins walk) . It's also near the bus station ( where u can take to the various tourist sites) ask hotel staff for bus schedule. Karuizawa Prince outlet mall is also a 5mins walk. ( opp Karuizawa station). Maybe because of covid, breakfast was served to us in the room instead. it was a big spread!

We had a relaxing 4 nights stay in 2 x Standard Double Rooms - Main Building, and 1 x Standard Twin Room - New Building. Room is clean, bed comfortable, and bathroom layout well configured. Shared lounge area is great for small group travelers to gather and while away with free self-serve beverages (available at certain hours). Non-smoking throughout the hotel is a plus for us. Service staff generally warm, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - close to JR Train Station, Prince outlet shopping mall, eateries, shops, convenient store plus Delicia supermarket. Free parking for hotel guests.

Breakfast was exceptional and was served in a picnic basket, which was so cute. I wish I could bring the basket home haha. Also, a special shout out to the front office staff, a lady, and a gentleman (sorry, I didn't take down their names, I checked in on 6/3/2024 in the late evening) Thank you for helping to make a police report on my behalf as I was panicking and didn't know what to do. I had lost my wallet at the taxi stand outside the premium outlets. Thankfully someone found the wallet and handed it to the police station.

Real suitable for large family or group of friends as it has a large common area and even outdoor seating with bbq facility. the location is really close to station, about 300meters far which was really convenient. restaurants, bars, groceries and convenience store is strategically located around. everything was really great during our stay
